5 000 WINE PRODUCERS, ONLY ONE PASSION
The wine producers of the Champagne
region own 85% of the vineyards.
They number more than 19,000, of whom
5,000 make their own wine and operate
under a variety of statuses.

 

• Independent producers cultivate and vinify their wine
on their own property, selling their wine under their own name.
Among these, some have chosen to ool their means in 135 "
unions of wine producers ".

• These carry out various services from pressing the grapes
to vinification using grapes from several growers. 41 of them
also sell the wine under their own brand name.
